The premiere of COCK AND THE CITY went really well. Alan and Marie are still to get a copy of the film to Bildwechsel Hamburg (we will!) and once that is done, that’s it for Burnout!

At some point we might try to get DVDs made for folk, but there’s so much else on! If you were in a burnout movie and really want a DVD, post here. We’ll try to get it all online at least at some point.

Will put the links up here when that’s done, probably well after the next general election…

climate activism and folk music and other pressing things press!

We edge closer to completion of COCK AND THE CITY.

and necessarily, therefore, closer to the finishing, the finalisation, the finallyitsfuckingfinished! of the BURNOUT QUADRILOGY.

the ‘vocalisation’ tracks have now been committed to the strange immortal currency that is digital. eternal thanks to our fine guest swine.

a necessary chunk of ambient sound has been acquired, in the park, at 6am, on a Sunday, in the exasperating but invigorating bluster of an august squall.

names are being assembled. glory, assigned.

Soon, my pretties, soon….

Many thanks to those involved.

Next step involves a few people standing round a microphone making animal noises.

As I left late Monday night, FuckFace was finished. Well, apart from a quible over the speed of the credits.

My car boot is full of booze, ready for the big CCA party wednesday. It’s going to be friggin awesome.

Another Year…

Wednesday, May 9th, 2007

I cant believe it was over a year ago I made a post stating that we had started editing on Fuckface.

So here I am, a year later, stating that we are almost finished editing FuckFace. Of course It didnt take a year, momentum has been seriousley down. But things have picked up again. We have inserted some awesome special effects and are really tightening the film up for our traditional soundtrack jam.

Now for quick hyperbole : This film looks awesome – really frickin awesome. It’s not that the Burnout techique had changed much, it’s just that this film is much – hotter – than the last two.

almost over
